You Need To Be Kept Informed
Once we have received your instructions we will keep you informed on the progress of your matter on a regular basis. As appropriate to the type of matter, we will regularly inform you of the progress, either in writing or by a telephone call from this office. Also, as the need arises, we will forward copies of relevant correspondence and documents to you, electronically via email should you require.
Our Services – Professional, Confidential & Personal
Your matter will receive personal attention and be handled by one or more Solicitors as required given the complexity thereof. We will of course keep confidential all aspects of your matter.
Fee Quotations
No fee is charged for an initial consultation in respect of your matter up to 1/2 hour. Regarding all matters, a written estimate will be provided upon request and should we carry your matter, full fee disclosure will be provided.
Trust Accounts – How They Operate
It is the policy of this firm to pay all money received (other than funds in payment of an already rendered account) into our Trust Account. This account is viewed regularly by the Law Society of NSW and is subject to stringent controls under the Legal Professional Act (NSW) 2004.
